Our beef tallow comes from an organic pasture farm on Lake Constance. The BIO beef tallow is made from high-quality core fat from grass-fed BIO grazing dogs of the breeds Fleckvieh, Limousin or Uckermärker. The feeding of these cattle consists of hay and grass, grass silage and, to supplement, grain meal; without genetic engineering; no imported feed from overseas. Only meat cattle breeds are used, since their quality is significantly better than bulls. The animals are on the pasture from at least one summer season to October, otherwise they have access to a walking yard or a stable with an open front that is strewn with straw. The lying area is approx. Twice the size of conventional stables.
