Our beef tallow comes from an organic pasture farm in Lake Constance. The organic beef tallow is made from high quality core fat from grass-fed organic grazing inder of the Aberdeen Angus and Galloway breeds. Feeding these cattle is free of corn, soy and wheat. From April to October the animals are on the pasture. In winter, the cattle have access to spacious straw stalls with an open-air outlet.

No cooling is required for Tallow. If you wish, you can store an extra Tallow in your fridge. Tallow can also help relieve pain with burns. We recommend storage in the refrigerator for an additional cooling effect. If you buy several Tallow at once, you can extend the shelf life by storing it in the refrigerator. Otherwise, we recommend storing Tallow in a cool, dry and dark place.

In its raw state, beef tallow has a slightly greasy and slightly waxy odor. We use several filtering processes to remove impurities and reduce strong or unpleasant odors. Therefore, this refined tallow, as a rule, is odorless or has a very weak, neutral milky smell.
If you are very sensitive to odor, we recommend Tallow Lavender, Flower Garden or Wild West.

This is because Tallow consists of 100% natural ingredients and can therefore be softer or sometimes firmer due to weather conditions (warm or cold). We recommend that you use a cosmetic spoon to remove the cream from the jar. Rize the cream between your hands, then rub the warmed and soft cream on your face. If you think the place where you keep them is too cold, we recommend that you store them at room temperature.
